Olga Loy received her law degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Illinois in 1998. She is currently a partner at Jenner & Block in Chicago, where she focuses her practice on tax planning for various entities, including tax exempt organizations, fund formations, and regulatory and compliance work.
Olga has a very diverse background and experience--she came from Russia in 1992 not speaking any English, spent a year in the Middle East (Jordan) where she taught an exercise and fitness program to Jordanian women at Yarmouk University.
Olga is an author of numerous articles on the matters of taxation and fund formations, as well as a frequent speaker at industry conferences. She is a contributor to the books, Structuring Venture Capital, Private Equity, and Entrepreneurial Transactions by Jack S. Levin and, Mergers, Acquisitions and Buyouts by Martin D. Ginsburg and Jack S. Levin.
