About the Founder of Chicago Recovery Room:

Founder, Liz Yerly saw a need for this type of recovery center in her everyday practice as a physical therapist . She would encounter endurance athletes and other high performing athletes, often times with delayed onset muscle soreness (DOMS) from a buildup of toxins and breakdown of muscle tissue, or even more frustrating overuse injuries that have the potential to be eliminated or decreased with simple recovery tools and proper training.
