Beer tent volunteers needed at Chicago's 13th annual Carrera de Los Muertos 5k on

100% off all tips collected at the beer tent will go towards our mission in providing free, educational workshops, wellness clinic and support groups for women. In addition, Blessons provides scholarships for women who are 25 years or older and who had their higher education put on on hold due to challenging life lessons including; cancer, mental conditions, physical or emotional abuse, or who are first-generation immigrants. These scholarships are designed to empower women in advancing economically through skilled trade jobs by attending a trade school, vovational or tech program.

Volunteer as a MAKE UP ARTIST! CHECK IN TIME: 6:30AM
LOCATION: Addams/Medil park (15th and Ashland) in PILSEN, CHICAGO.
We encourage our volunteers in getting festive in honor of the Day of the Dead. You are welcome to wear a costume and/or bring your own Halloween make up for the Day of the Dead "look" that can be applied by our very own make-up artist volunteers! Anyone that has extra or left over Halloween make up, please consider donating it to us so we can provide face make up for those of us who are interested.
